Position Overview
Hope Mental and Behavioral Health Center is seeking a fully-licensed and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide expert mental health support to our diverse clientele. This full-time position allows for remote work, offering the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable and effective manner. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate individualized psychotherapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, employing therapeutic modalities that best suit their specific situations.
Conduct thorough assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans and progress notes to track patients' growth and journeys.
Consult with other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment strategies and enhance the multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining clear and accurate medical documentation of patient interactions.
Actively participate in case reviews and team meetings, bringing insights and suggesting collaborative approaches to optimize patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will empower clients in navigating through issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, and other behavioral health concerns. By providing a safe space for dialogue and reflection, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical or clinical environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health practices and interventions.
Ability to maintain strict professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality standards when working with clients.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with both clients and colleagues.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health disorders.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches.
Previous experience in a multidisciplinary treatment setting is a plus.
