Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.
Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to guide clients towards healing and growth.
Craft and execute personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals designed to address each client’s specific needs.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and consultants to ensure integrated care delivery.
Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and appropriate support.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience for your clients.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong assessment capabilities.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, equipping you with the ability to navigate complex clinical scenarios while offering compassionate care. Experience facilitating group therapy and conducting workshops will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
