Inner Pathways Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time position. Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via video conferencing tools, ensuring a warm and welcoming presence that fosters client trust.
Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address unique goals.
Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to facilitate client progress.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with fellow therapists, case managers, and community resources to ensure holistic care and follow-up support for all clients.
Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques and personal skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary focus will be on a diverse client population that includes individuals facing personal struggles, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families experiencing dynamic shifts. Our clinic serves a broad range of backgrounds, reflecting the rich tapestry of the Albany community. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, and a variety of family issues, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.
Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic techniques and the ability to implement evidence-based interventions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to convey empathy and build rapport with clients.
Stron interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working in a community health clinic or remote therapeutic setting.
Familiarity with electronic health records systems preferred, as well as the ability to adapt to new software.
Specific training or certifications in popular therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on experience and productivity.
