Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring thorough assessments are performed to understand each client's unique needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the efficacy of treatment plans.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions, ensuring ease of access and connection for clients.
Participate in staff meetings, supervision sessions, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
A commitment to ethical practices and a genuine passion for assisting clients on their journeys to wellness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this LPC position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
