Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.
Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Set meaningful therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
Facilitate teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring quality care regardless of location.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and progress to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.
A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, enabling you to create a safe and affirming space for clients to share their experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced telehealth setting.
Preferred Experience
While we welcome therapists at various stages of their careers, experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices will set candidates apart. An understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches will be beneficial in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload. Additional perks include:
