Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that address the unique needs of each client.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to offer holistic and comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of client well-being are addressed.
Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying updated on the latest advancements and methodologies in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The Licensed Professional Counselor will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in Texas.
A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.
A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards related to the practice of counseling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and technology tools related to telehealth practices.
Preferred Experience
Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, determined by experience and caseload.
