Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish baseline measurements.
Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and objectives, ensuring that each session is tailored to their evolving needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that focus on prevention and resilience-building, utilizing techniques that resonate with each individual's circumstances.
Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic approaches remain effective and aligned with clients' aspirations.
Facilitate collaboration with other treatment providers, community resources, and placement agencies to foster a holistic approach to client care.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment sessions, adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Mental Health Counselor at New Beginnings Behavioral Health, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will be critical in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, providing therapeutic support that aims to empower clients and enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or related fields is required.
Familiarity with community mental health resources is essential for providing comprehensive care.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
